Returns & Warranty
You must contact Alpaco Catering & Equipment within 14 days of receiving your stock if you wish to request a return, replacement, or credit.
• All items must be returned in their original packaging, which must be damage-free as far as possible.
• All user manuals, accessories, and components must be included.
• A 10% handling fee will be charged on all approved returns.
• Return transport must be arranged with Alpaco Catering & Equipment. All transport costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
