How do I place an order?

Create or Log in to your account, browse our product collections, and add items to your cart. Once you’re ready, head to checkout and confirm your delivery details.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to dispatch most orders within 3–5 working days, depending on stock location and order volume.

However, overall fulfillment may take 3 to 6 weeks, especially during peak times or for larger orders.


For gift card-based vouchers, we prioritize fast processing and strive to deliver them within this same timeframe. Please note that while we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen external factors may occasionally cause delays.


As we launch this new platform, we’re committed to operating in a fast, efficient manner and continuously improving our service.

 How do I track my order?

Use the Track My Order page in the menu. You’ll need your order number (e.g., BNC-XXXX). We also send tracking links via Email once your order is dispatched.

Where is my order shipping from?

We dispatch from our Johannesburg or. Cape Town warehouses, depending on where stock is available and your delivery address.

The item I want is out of stock. What can I do?

You can sign up for a restock alert on the product page or contact our support team to find out when the next shipment is expected.

How can I get in touch with support?

What are your customer service hours?

We’re available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (excluding public holidays). WhatsApp support is monitored during business hours.

I haven’t received communication about my order – what should I do?

Please check your spam/junk folder for order confirmations. If nothing appears, contact us directly with your order reference (e.g., BNC-0001).
